Traditionally, getting healthy or losing weight means changing everything all at once. For busy women this shock to the system rarely works and let’s be honest, it makes life entirely unenjoyable.
My approach is simple—integrate one habit into your life until they stack up to create an intentional, sustainable routine.
I specialize in helping women reach their health goals: losing weight, gaining muscle, building endurance, reducing pain, just to name a few.
Habit stacking is backed by tons of scientific and psychological research- I won’t bore you with the specifics. Simply put: instead of recreating your entire life, you’re pairing new habits with ones you already have—resulting in: small shifts that lead to massive, lifelong changes.

That’s why my programs include customized workout and nutrition plans, plus ample support and accountability. Meeting you where you’re at and taking you where you’re trying to go.
Before working with Preyasi, I was stuck in a rut. I had no desire to workout, I was experiencing anxiety as a new mom, and I was living in a new state. I lacked the support of friends & community. I was also unhappy with how I felt in my body.
My biggest breakthrough has been my mindset and the mental transformation. I’ve lost 17 pounds and am motivated to keep going because this is a lifestyle change. The physical rewards have been great and while I know there’s more work to be done there, the mental and emotional transformation has been the most rewarding and freeing.
I feel like it’s sustainable. I’ve been able to lose weight in the past, but it always came back when I ate things I couldn’t on a diet. With the nutrition plan Preyasi created, I can still have a little bit of anything, everything is balanced and portioned. I now see & experience the importance of a healthy plate size and a balanced plate.

As an emergency medicine physician for more than ten years, I’ve treated and comforted sick patients in one of the most chaotic and difficult environments there is. Every day I witness what happens when someone lacks the support, knowledge, and accountability needed to prioritize their health.
Here’s the hard truth: The vast majority of illnesses affecting Americans today are diseases rooted in dietary and lifestyle choices. They are preventable—the result of daily choices that stack up to create disease.
But here’s the good news: If our choices can lead to disease, they can also lead to a healthier and a happier, more fulfilling life.
The choice is ours to make, and it’s my mission to empower women like you to take control of your health through simple, sustainable daily habits.
