2. You’ll select the type of coaching you want, and I’ll send you some important things to sign before we dive in.

3. You’ll receive your customized workout and nutrition plans, and I’ll support you the whole way.

4. We’ll stop to celebrate each win and refine your plans as you grow (because life and goals change). You’ll feel happier, healthier, and more confident than ever—and I’ll probably cry a little because of how proud I am.

For the woman who wants customized support and radical accountability in an intimate and focused setting, this is for you. We’ll spend 16 weeks together creating a holistic health routine, including personalized exercise and nutrition plans, that consider your schedule, goals, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll assess where you are now and identify where you’re trying to go, then build a plan that gets you there without upending your life.

Includes: 

  • Custom nutrition plan based on your dietary needs and restrictions (yes, you’ll be eating foods you love)

  • Personalized strength training plan with video-guided instructions and personalized feedback (no matter your background, we’ll build a workout plan that feels accessible and fun)

  • Weekly 30-minute 1:1 coaching calls to reflect on the week and make a plan for the upcoming week (we’ll discuss potential obstacles and set clear intentions—plus, you can ask me any questions you’re struggling with)

  • On-demand voice and text coaching between sessions (this is where the accountability and support come in)

SEMI-CUSTOM SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY -4 Months of Support

For the woman who needs support, but feels confident she can execute the plan without live support, this is for you.  We’ll work together to create a custom nutrition plan to nourish your body in a way that feels aligned. With a personalized workout plan, you’ll know how to move your body and gain a deeper understanding on what you can work on to reach your goals. With 4 months of weekly check-ins and support, you’ll have access to me for any questions you have and opportunities to update your plan as you progress.

Includes:

  • Custom nutrition plan based on your dietary needs and restrictions (I promise, you’ll still be eating foods you love)  

  • Personalized workout plan designed specifically for your fitness level and goals (we’ll create a workout plan that works specifically for you and your life) 

  • Weekly pre-recorded check-ins via Loom to discuss your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and answer any questions you have. (includes limited support and accountability)

THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF ACCOUNTABILITY, SUPPORT, AND CUSTOMIZATION - 3 Months of Support

For the woman who thrives on community and group accountability, this is for you. In this intimate group (only 8 in a cohort), you’ll experience coaching alongside like minded women. Over the 12 weeks, we’ll cover the foundations of holistic health, nourishment for life, and hormone health & beyond. This isn't just another wellness program. It's a methodical, evidence-based journey designed to rewire your approach to health.

Includes: 

  • Weekly 60-minute group coaching calls with a cohort of up to 8 other women (build community, gain support, and hold each other accountable)

  • 12 unique modules or “classes” that cover mindset, nutrition, and hormonal health (we’ll cover new topics each week that build on each other to create sustainable health systems)

  • Video recordings of each week (so you can rewatch or catch up if you’re unable to make a training live)

  • Workbook, journal prompts, and affirmations for each module (because the work doesn’t stop during class) 

  • Guest Expert calls that touch on trending industry topics and new ways to build your lifelong  health repertoire

  • Yes! I offer varying payment plans and pricing options based on your needs and budget. I want investing in your health to feel good, not set you back. We can discuss options during your consult call, but this is an investment and should be treated as one (yay for putting yourself first!).

  • Based on your nutritional needs, lifestyle, and favorite foods, I’ll create a meal plan that includes grocery lists, snack options, and even help creating recipes. Your meal plan will include 6 meals.
